When do I pay?
Payment for the full term is required at the time of enrolment to secure your child’s place.
Do you provide make up lessons, credits or refunds for missed lessons?
If your child is unable to attend a class under any circumstances (illness, appointment, holiday) a makeup class for the time your child is absent can be made up during the term at any centre if available. We do not offer refunds for missed lessons and no deduction can be made on your account. In the event the teacher is away and we are not able to find a substitute teacher an additional week will be added or your money will be refunded for that session.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds. Once you have booked in for the term.
